Alternative dispute resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is the general name given to the solutions that are thought to be resolved effectively, quickly and with lower costs, through out-of-court resolution. Alternative dispute resolution remedies, known by the acronym ADR, which is the abbreviation of the English language, are not an alternative to court proceedings, but a reasonable option and complement. Today, the A of ADR has started to be expressed as amicable (friendly), appropriate (appropriate), accepted (accepted). Examples of ADR remedies include arbitration, mediation, conciliation, early neutral evaluation, fact-finding, mini-trial, med-arb, compromise, negotiation. ADR paths, the majority of which are well known, such as (negotiation) can be shown. The advancement of technology has led to the emergence of a new branch of classical ADR routes, referred to as online dispute resolution (ODR).
